Anhui Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology recently announced the list of Anhui Province's smart factories and digital workshops in 2023, and BOSOM New Materials Technology (Wuhu) Co., Ltd. was ranked among them and awarded the Anhui Province digital Workshop.

BOSOM Wuhu high-performance modified engineering plastics workshop, ERP using Dingjie T100, product life cycle management using Siemens TeamCenter, quality management, customer management and human resources management using Red Sea cloud and OA based self-developed system, online video conference using Huawei information system, through independent development successfully broke the data barriers between systems.

Automation and intelligent equipment in the workshop accounted for about 85% of the total equipment, and the number of automation and intelligent equipment networking was about 92%. Through the industrial communication network between the equipment, the product information runs through the design, manufacturing, quality and logistics links, and realizes the production schedule, field operation, quality inspection, equipment status, material transfer and other production site dynamic visual management.

The highly automated production equipment and data acquisition system reduce the labor intensity of employees. At the same time, the data integrity is improved to more than 95%, the reliability of product performance is improved, and the working pressure of subsequent processes is effectively reduced, and the delivery capacity is improved.
